Strategic Account Executives (AEs) are responsible for partnering with our largest and highest potential customers. AEs manage key accounts that consistently create successful outcomes for their team, the client, Tribe consultants, and Tribe itself. In addition to ensuring we deliver at the highest levels for our customers, AEs are responsible for growing and expanding our relationships with these core accounts. Through this work AEs will have a unique perspective into common pain points and opportunities that persist for Tribe customers and the data landscape itself. 

  • Proven track record of driving excellence in sales and/or account management
  • Previous experience in professional services, sales or talent recruiting 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to people from other fields
  • Direct work experience with or for startups 
  • A proven interest in applying emerging technologies such as AI in a business context
You’ll be responsible for
  • Managing key accounts from sales through to project delivery
  • Leading engagements with existing and prospective customers to define needs and identify opportunity for Tribe 
  • Developing project proposals and curating rockstar teams to staff new engagements 
  • Understanding conditions for success, ensuring contract is carried out at the highest level, reorienting the project as needed to get to a successful outcome for all involved
  • Managing and providing support to technical implementation team, ensuring excellent delivery, team engagement, and resolving any potential conflict 
  • Deepening value with existing customers and driving account expansion
  • Fostering strong and trusted customer relationships from start to finish
  • Managing project financials and ensuring sales and profitability data is up to date at all times 
  • Identifying patterns across companies and opportunities for new business opportunities to continue to meet our customers’ needs
  • Surfacing opportunities for improved organizational effectiveness along with potential solutions
