Tribe AI is looking for a talented Solutions Architect who will lead the technical side of our sales efforts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and match those needs with AI-driven solutions that drive real business value. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to identify practical AI applications, provide technical guidance, and ensure the right team is staffed for successful deployment of AI products.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate the art of the possible with AI solutions.
• Serve as the initial point of contact to validate Tribe AI's technical expertise, advising the sales team on the feasibility and scope of AI projects.
• Ensure that AI solutions are designed to deliver significant business value and meet client expectations.
• Assist in scoping and identifying the necessary roles and skills needed for each project to ensure successful engagement.
• Leverage Tribe AI’s internal products and capabilities to enhance client solutions.
• Gather insights from client interactions to inform and refine our sales strategy and internal product development.
• Develop and communicate scalable reference architectures and solution frameworks for AI applications.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years leading technical teams, with experience in staffing and managing successful project teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Generative AI and the evolving LLM ecosystem.
• Expertise with production cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven experience in deploying large-scale AI products/features and/or ML models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal team members.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to scope projects and estimate the required effort to build end-to-end applications.
